Comments: We've eaten at Hinze's a number of times and love the food there. For lunch, the chopped barbeque beef sandwich is great along with some onion rings. For dinner, we usually get the sliced beef brisket with some of their great home made sides like English pea salad, black-eyed pea salad, or bacon-onion potatoes. I've heard that the deserts are also great, but we've never been able to eat any after the lunches and dinners. If you want to enjoy some of the very best barbequed beef in Texas, take time to stop at Hinze's.

I ate at Hinze's this past week and I was blown away. I love their BBQ sauce and the English Pea Salad tasted so fresh. You have to go back and try the key lime pie. It was really tart, but in a good way.

I ALWAYS eat there and get a ton of their brisket and sausage along with bottles of their BBQ sauce to go when I go back and visit. I've lived in a lot of different places in the USA and have NEVER found any BBQ any better ANYWHERE!!!
