Comments: I hunted at Hawkins Ridge Lodge on the recommendation of a good friend. He was right about everything he said. Accommodations were comfortable, hunting stands were in good repair, food was great, and the guides worked hard to make everyone successful. I've never seen more deer sign (scrapes, rubs, and tracks) than I saw on the Hawkins Ridge land, but unseasonably warm weather affected our success this time. I'm looking forward to a return trip.
