Comments: We brought our 9 year old dog in for an appointment after we found a lump on her neck. Although she's very nervous in a vet clinic the staff treated her extremely well and made her feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Osterloh tested the lump, and found that it wasn't cancerous, and he was able to drain the fluid so completely that it disappeared within a day. Plus, he called a few days later to check on how the dog was doing. We were very happy with the care provided!
